New month new me, right? Well, I’m only 6 months too late… It’s time to get my ass into gear and shift some of this weight that I’ve pilled on over the course of a year. With the help of the *Slimfast Challenge, I will be on their shake and meal plan for two weeks, and will post at the end of the two weeks whether it worked for me and the experience as a whole.
I’ve received an assortment of shakes – in flavours like strawberry, banana, mocha and chocolate -Snacks, like pretzels, tortillas and bars and meal replacement bars, in flavours like peanut butter, chocolate and summer berry.
I know that diets are usually only short term and nothing beats good ol’ fashioned healthy eating and exercise… but I’m stuck in such a rut with comfort eating I feel as if it’s spiralling out of control. I see this plan as the perfect thing to give me a kick start in putting a stop to it all. I have such a sweet-tooth so I’m glad to see this plan will fulfill those sugary needs! I’m especially looking forward to the Mocha Shake. Good luck to all the other bloggers taking part in the challenge; we’re all in this together! I definitely didn’t just sing that to the highschool musical tune…
