About Me

Hello!

My name’s Hannah, I’m a 20-something year old and I live in Essex.

I studied Creative Media at college, and then went on to secure an NCTJ Journalism qualification.

I worked full time in retail along side my studies for almost 2 years but in October 2016, I fancied a change.

I enrolled on a Digital Marketing apprenticeship which lasted for a year, where I had a working placement in an agency for a year and I found myself becoming interested in the content marketing. I worked as a Content and Outreach Executive for just over 6 years, and I now work in London in a new content role as of 2022!

I started Hannatalks back in 2014 as a hobby. It’s blossomed now into a sense of escapism for me where I can write about things to do in Essex, travel, food and much, much more!
