Makeup Revolution Beyond Flawless Palette

All hail the blogger attention to Makeup Revolution in the last year, it’s left one happy blogger over here with a new 32-shade eyeshadow palette. I perused the stand in Superdrug last week and couldn’t decide between the Iconic 1 and Iconic Elements, (dupes for the Naked palettes, don’t you know) but in the end opted for the Ultra 32 Shade Eyeshadow Palette Beyond Flawless. This palette contains 32 buttery and shimmery shades, incased in a hard plastic palette and full size mirror. Good value for money considering its priced at just £8! It’s jam packed with nude and neutral shades, ranging from cream to peaches, browns, beige, silver, gold, coppers, bronzes and black – suitable for all needs. I like the fact there’s a bottle green and a midnight blue to jazz things up, too. I feel like the palette is missing a white though. It would have been nice to use it for the inner corner of my eye and below my brow arch for a more ‘stand out’ look. The finishes on the eyeshadows are matte, frosty and satin. The majority of the shades however are frosty. I use the nude eyeshadows on a daily basis (first 2 columns) and they have a good few hours staying power (with the help of The Body Shop Instablurr). It’s the most versatile palette I have in my collection, and fingers crossed, the start of many Makeup Revolution purchases!

I’m thinking about trying out a few looks and blogging them, I’ll see how they go…

I feel like I need to show myself a little more on my blog!

What have you tried from Makeup Revolution?

Glad to hear that you like this! I was debating whether to get this in the shimmers or the mattes but for that price it may be worth getting both 🙂

I got this palette too but my shades are slightly different for some reason? I got exactly the same palette! Strange! x

I can't believe how cheap this is! I've always cooed over the Naked palettes but felt like I could never justify the cost – a dupe is right up my street!

This palette looks stunning! So many beautiful shades, and such a bargain! I love the range of finishes also, I have to agree it does feel like it’s missing a white as flawless and dove are a little too pink by the looks of it to use on the inners of your eye – fab review!

This might be the palette that I have to have. It has so many fun neutrals that it's hard to pass up. Neutrals are pretty much all that I wear, so why not splurge on a good one. I'm in love with this. Thanks for sharing.

I cannot believe this is only £8 for some many different shades! I'm really loving the Makeup Revolution for their good value for money!

This is such a cute way to do swatches! I think this is a really pretty palette, I'd personally like to see matte shades in there though.

I really don't like shimmery colours unless it's gold or silver but this looks like such a great palette for the price. 32 colours is a lot! x
