*Bombs Away!

I’m a lover of soaking in a deep filled bubble bath after a long day, so I was excited to be sent these *bathbombs by Holly for the launch of her new company Bombs Away. The site offers a range of products from bath bombs to soaps and candles. Her products are all extremely affordable and would be a fantastic gift for any loved one, or perhaps an indulgent treat for yourself! Bombs Away use the best natural ingredients that nourish your skin and leave a fantastic smell. Each and every product is handmade and are personally tried and tested. The company prides itself in being against animal cruelty and do not buy ingredients that have been tested on animals.

I was kindly sent Cherry Kisses, Apple Sourz, Blueberry Extra, Lavender Love, Party Popper, Moroccan Rose and a cheeky sample one which will remain under wraps! (For now). Each product was wrapped in cellophane and tied in coordinated colour string.

Cherry Kisses

My fav! Adorable packaging and product –

Pink and Glittery formula, releases soft

petals when fizzing. Slight floral fragrance.

Apple Sourz

Fizz is slow releasing, plain green in

appearance, subtle apple scent.

Blueberry Extra

Fizzes purple and blue – cute surprise!

Sweet smell of blueberry, not overpowering.

Lavender Love

Gorgeous lilac fizz, soft petals released

from the centre, soft floral scent, durable.

Party Popper

Pink and glittery formula, cute combo of

pink and yellow sections, slow release,

soft smell of an old fashioned sweet shop!

Moroccan Rose

Strong in scent, pink and glittery, releases

different petals on each level, sweet touch

to a standard bath to have floating petals.

This is my #1 fav!! Smells like a sweetened

watermelon, pink white and glittery, releases

a glittery residue in the water, soft glitter

shimmer on the skin – love this beaut!

I love bath bombs and have been looking for an alternative to Lush sets, so this was a lovely surprise! All the bath bombs I have tested are softly perfumed and left my skin feeling extremely soft. A plus side to these bombs were although they released petals or a glittery formula, they didn’t leave a sticky residue on my skin. Each bath bomb sports a fun pastel shade with ripples of a contrasting colour inside. They are pretty durable – I tried to break one under the water but it didn’t budge! – this makes the fizz last longer and it’s nice to see it not disappear in an instant. All in all, I was thoroughly pleased with the product and will definitely be purchasing with them in the near future!

As much as I love a good pamper I have to admit I have never ever used a bath bomb. I think because I have sensitive skin I have always been dubious to try but I think I must pick them up and see what happens.
