18th Birthday
I thought I’d kick off the second introductory post with a post about my big 18th celebrated on the 4th January. After a much anticipated wait all year and excitement to turning 18, it finally arrived after what felt like waiting for an eternity. I spent the weekend in Somerset with my family and celebrated with a big meal and drinks.
I had a cake made for the day which I think looks AMAZING – I’m sure you’d have to agree?! – which also looks way too good to eat. A vanilla essence sponge sandwiched with jam and butter cream, topped with the glitziest icing I have ever seen!
My main birthday present was a Michael Kors watch. I chose this one specifically because although I am a fan of the rose gold colour, I found it wouldn’t suit the type of clothes I wore. Instead, I opted for a rose gold watch with a tortoise strip – I love the small crystals around the watch face as it makes it more feminine and dainty. It’s also unbelievably comfortable to wear and so smooth on the skin!
I have more birthday celebrations at the weekend, attending The 1975 concert at Brixton (Saw them live last year – AMAZING) followed by an evening out in London with some friends.
What do you have planned this weekend? Any concerts that you have coming up this year?

Something About That
Your watch is beautiful. I can't wear watches because of my job, but I can see why you chose it. Have a great time celebrating your birthday!
