No7 Stay Perfect & Moisture Drench Lipstick Review

There’s no doubt that No7 is my favourite brand when it comes to makeup, especially lipsticks. They retail at just Β£9.95 each and come in a variety of shades and finishes. And the biggest plus for me? The fact they’re matched and tailored to your skin tone…

No7 have a Match Made service, where they use a small hand held electronic device against a clean patch of your skin which reads your skin colour precisely. It then matches you to a No7 ‘true skin’ shade; which in my case is Calico. You can then pick up a handy little card with your skin shade on, which shows all the lipsticks, in different finishes, that would suit you. I have a collection of 6 at the moment, 3 from the Stay Perfect range and 3 from the Moisture Drench range; so here’s a little run down of them all!

So far from the Stay Perfect range (top row) I have Auburn Whisper, Blushing Tulip and Deep Rust. The Stay Perfect range has a matte/semi-satin finish which leaves lips hydrated and comfortable. Stay Perfect have intense colour shades which are highly pigmented. My favourite out of the 3 has to be Blushing Tulip – it sits somewhere between a red and orange toned lipstick and I just find it looks super flattering.

So far from the Moisture Drench range (bottom row) I have Cranberry Kiss, Pink Hint and Rose Dream. The Moisture Drench range has a satin/semi-satin finish which leaves lips soft and smooth. Moisture Drench have intense shades but are much more nourishing and sheen on the lips. My favourite out of the 3 has to be Rose Dream – it really packs a punch! It’s a really gorgeous vibrant red-pink shade and is my go-to for evening wear.

What one’s your favourite?

That is certainly a collection! I have tried a few No 7 products in the past and not thought badly of them. They must be good if you like these so much!
