*Dusty Girls Night Fall Mineral Mascara

*Night Fall mascara – $18.50

I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely ladies behind the Australian beauty cosmetic company Dusty Girls at the London bloggers event last month. Dusty Girls is the sister company of MooGoo – another brand we were introduced to at the event – and have an extensive range of makeup and skincare products tailored to those with sensitive skin or those seeking natural products. There’s an extensive range of foundations, lip products and skin care products on the site, so there’s something for everyone! All of the ingredients are cruelty free too, making it perfect for vegans.

I was kindly sent the Night Fall mascara, which is made up of water, jojoba oil, grapefruit extract and acacia gum (just to name a few!). Dusty Girls pride themselves in not including artificial and harmful ingredients that many big companies put into their mascaras.

I applied two coats to achieve the bottom look. As you can see, it lengthens the lashes well and separates and lifts them. I tried to build the mascara up to achieve a “full lash” effect, but this mascara is better suited for day-to-day wear as it gives the lashes a gentle voluminous look. It didn’t feel clumpy or powdery on, and my eyes didn’t feel irritated by the mascara, even after a couple of hours. I’m super impressed with Night Fall and look forward to exploring the Dusty Girls range some more!
