Work the Colour eyebrow kit

I’m fairly bad at packing for weekends or evenings away. I either pack more than I actually need, or forget to pack vital things. For me, it was the later option, as this weekend I had forgotten my makeup bag. A huuuuuge dilemma I can assure you. In a spur of panic, I grabbed essential products off of the Collection display as a) they were cheap and b) if I didn’t like them, at least I didn’t waste a huge amount of money on it.

Needless to say, this time I was totally wrong about budget brands. With regards to my eyebrows, I tend to use a Rimmel eyebrow pencil and then Maybelline Brow Drama to set them. With my natural eyebrows being a major no-go area, I picked up the Work the Colour eyebrow kit from Collection and boy am I glad I did.

The product includes 3 blendable brow powders for all brows, a clear brow mascara and a slanted application brush. The application process is really easy and the colours are really pigmented considering the price tag of just £3.99! There can be some stigmas attached to “budget” brands, because you’d initially assume higher end brands are better because you’re paying more. I’m more than happy with this product and will definitely be checking out more of Collections’ range! It has a really natural look about it too and I’m definitely going to be using this from now on.

This is such good value for money. Collection have really upped their game recently. I'm addicted to eyebrows so I am sure I'll be picking this up very soon!

I'm the same with packing. Last weekend I forgot my hairbrush out of fear of over packing. I looked like I'd been dragged through a hedge backwards for the whole of Sunday.
This kit seems rather good. I'm always game for ones that come with a clear gel.

This looks fab, I'm obsessed with my eyebrows and have been wanting to get one of these little kits for ages no. I was going to buy the Benefit one but after seeing your post I'm going to have to see how this one compares before I splash out 🙂

I am definitely guilty of being a product snob haha but I have always heard good things about Collection! Also I hate hate hate that panic when you realise you've forgotten something major…

I generally do pretty well with packing but I have lots of practice. I'm sometimes guilty of being too minimalist, though. We were in England for 2 weeks and I put everything in my hand luggage, no checked luggage at all, and was perfectly fine until we were in London and couldn't go to a play because neither of us had packed anything nice enough! Ooops.

I keep thinking I need to get some kind of eyebrow product. Mine are a good shape but maybe not quite as dark as they should be. I'll have to see if we have Collection here or if I'll have to wait and go to a Boots.

Ooh I fancy trying to clear brow gel. My brows go all over the place when it's windy! The brow palette sounds really nice 🙂

This looks lovely, but honestly I'm not a fan of these eyebrow sets because I feel like a use one colour to death and leave all the others! Xx
