I’ve loved Lush’s Easter offerings this year, and Bunch Of Carrots has to be a firm favourite of mine this year…
Bunch Of Carrots is a pretty looking reusable bubble bar. Last year all three carrots were orange but this year they’re orange, pink and purple. The scent is the same as last year, but the bubble bars this year are much easier to crumble under the tap to create bubbles.
I was a little hesitant at first in spending £6.25 on a bubble bar, but I’m glad I did. I’ve managed to get two baths out of one carrot, so that makes 6 baths in total, at just over £1 a bath! Which isn’t bad at all. Bunch Of Carrots has the most amazing scent. I’ve not loved a scent so much since I set eyes on The Comforter! It has the most amazing tropical scent; a refreshing fizzy blend of buchu, lemon and grapefruit oils. It’s like summer has been captured in a bath!
So the scent is amazing, but I hate the fact you can’t really smell it in the water or hours later on your skin. If they bring this out again for Lush 2017, which I hope they do, I hope they make the scent much stronger!
Once I’d had it under the running hot water for a minute or so, and swished it about in the bath, the water turned a gorgeous deep pink and as expected, produced mounds of soft, fluffy bubbles. Although the scent didn’t linger on my skin, the bubbles did make it feel soft and hydrated.
Have you tried any Easter products this year?
I love that they've introduced this product in more colours : ) I haven't actually used any Lush products this Easter as I've been on a budget but am tempted to splurge! xx

I loved the orange carrots last year, but didn't re-purchase this year! Maybe I should have given in to temptation because the pink and purple colours look amazing! xx

I am soooo behind on these bath bomb thingies…I really need to invest in some and give them a whirl myself. I'm slightly apprehensive though cos when I was a mini toddler I had a nose bleed in the bath once and it turned the water all pink and scared the shit out of me, so I think I've subconsciously been avoiding ALL bath coloured items for the last 20 or so years. I need to break this mould!
