Happy Mothering Sunday!
This week has been a fairly busy one for me. Monday I was back at the gym and decided to try the Couch to 5K App on the treadmill. I prefer using the treadmill as I can programme it into a certain speed so I don’t slow down, but for Week 2 Day 1, I burnt 191 calories and got to 3.2k. Pretty pleased considering I’m such an anti-jogger!! In the evening I went to see Jason Derulo at The Hammersmith Apollo, you can check out my review of the night here. The concert over all was great and he’s such an amazing performer! I’ve been busy with college this week with hitting deadlines so I’ve been sporting a comfy-come-lazy look, slogan Tees and leather jackets has been my go-to. A mocha from Costa on Thursday left me feeling queazy. I think it’s the milk or the amount of caffeine.. I’m fine when I drink it then once it’s settled I feel sick.. odd kid. I tried the Couch to 5K App again on Friday for Week 2 Day 2, I improved slightly by burning 199 calories and reaching 3.23k – small improvements! Just need to control my eating habits which is sooooo much easier said than done. My gorgeous boyfriend delivered some flowers to my house on Saturday and it was such a lovely surprise. Never been treated so well in a relationship before and he’s the loveliest guy ever! Saturday evening I went to the 02 in London to see Russell Howards Wonderbox tour. We had great seats and the show was hilarious throughout, would definitely recommend you trying to snap out the hot selling tickets! I’ll be writing a seperate post on the event, but for now, love as always x
