To celebrate Mum’s birthday last week, we planned a surprise trip to Cambridge for the day.
When it comes to planning a city break, I love spending hours researching the city for things to do, what to see and the best restaurants and bars to visit.
So that’s the third month of the year gone – 2018 is FLYING by already!
Prague is infamous for its Christmas markets (and ridiculously cheap food and drink!) so James and I headed to Prague for a last minute Christmas break back in early December.
It’s hard to believe we’re almost 3 months into 2018 – where has the time gone? February has been pretty non-existent for me; I’ve spent it working, hibernating and feeling poorly.
Last weekend, James and I headed into London as I planned a few birthday surprises for him. We travelled into central London from Stratford on a super comfy and smooth c2c rail train – it’s the first time I’ve travelled with c2c but it was a pleasant journey!
It’s hard to believe that the first month of 2018 is *almost* over and done with – although I’m glad, because it’s been a dull month and I’ve been hibernating as it’s been almost 6 weeks until pay day!
