Junkyard Golf Club London

I seriously love crazy golf. And I’m pretty bloody competitive at it, too. So could I resist the boozy pop-up course in Brick Lane, London? Of course not. Junkyard Golf didn’t know what was about to hit it…

Junkyard Golf is a pop-up crazy golf hub with 3 different 9-hole courses to choose from. The three courses are called Frank, Pedro and Helga. We did the Helga course – a UV / Club inspired course!

To settle our nerves and get our game heads on, we each had a candy-style cocktail. There are 5 different cocktails – with the sweets on top – and each cost £7.50. Little steep but you’re in London after all!

The venue has a good urban/edgy feel to it and they had loud, club type music on. Getting you right in the mood for some crazy, boozy fun! There’s 4 cocktail bars and 2 fast food stands. On to the fun bit… What’s on the Helga course I hear you say? Well…

You navigate yourself around a speed boat full of barbies, a wendy house with barbies partying, a cow, a ’21 seconds to go’ course – which is basically IMPOSSIBLE to complete in 21 seconds but good fun – a dismantled car, a toy car and a UV section. So it’s not your typical crazy golf course! It took us just over an hour to complete the course. I imagine the time would be a LOT longer on weekends!

I really want to try out the other courses which find you navigating around treadmills, slides and jacuzzis. Totes safe…

I really enjoyed playing Junkyard Golf and £9.50 is a reasonable price to pay for this hour long experience. It’s open 11am-11pm and until August so I’d definitely recommend checking it out before it’s gone!

Wow this looks completely awesome. It’s a very original way to pass the time, and some of the different courses look bonkers, it must have been lots of fun. As a business, this crazy golf course is such a great idea and I hope they do well. Thanks for sharing, it was enjoyable to hear about it! 🙂 xx
