I recently won this fantastic prize from ellistuesday.com in collaboration Cohorted; an online shopping site with items being sold in a “reverse auction” style, where the more people that buy the product, the more the product is discounted. My prize consisted of *L’oreal Nude Magique BB Cream, *Maybelline Brow Drama Sculpting Mascara, *Maybelline New York Volum’Express Lift-Up Mascara Black and *Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balm.

My favourite prize so far is the Maybelline mascara. Maybelline is my go-to brand for mascara as I love their brushes and consistency of the mascara. My favourite are the winged ones, it helps me to achieve a “full lash” look and no lumps in sight! I’ve been using this daily and absolutely love it.

I’m quite fond of the Babylips range but had only bought the Cherry one myself. I was pleased to receive Pink Punch, a soft barbie pink shade with a nourishing feel. I also received this cute little Cherry Velvet limited edition Baby Lips shade, which smells and feels just as good, but with a no-shine finish. Love popping it into my bag to apply throughout the day!

What other Babylips products would you recommend? Fancy trying any of these products?

That Maybelline mascara is incredible isn't it? I'm definitely a big fan of their mascaras as they really have the best drugstore range when it comes to them.

I've never actually bought a Maybelline mascara, but I need to. I love the Babylips lip balm though, it's definitely a favourite this month!

I haven't bought much Maybelline in the past because waaay back in 1989 my mom put some of the classic green-and-pink-bottle mascara on me for a dance recital and I had an allergic reaction to it! BUT I'm always desperate to find a decent mascara. I've tried everything from 99ยข all the way up to about $35 and I still can't decide whether I actually like any of them! I wore a Neutrogena mascara that I loved for several years in college but it's been discontinued. ๐Ÿ™

Cohorted sounds awesome. I love the idea of getting a surprise discount on something I was going to purchase anyway.

I can't believe I haven't picked up a Maybelline Baby Lips yet, I just always overlook them when I'm shopping. Pink Punch looks so pretty though, I'll have to get one and try it out ๐Ÿ™‚

I have one of the BabyLips because I prefer it to lipstick for during the day. They are pretty damn smooth. I do have an issue with the name though – I really don't want lips like a baby. Like, how does that work in adult life? And how does that conversation go with my boyf? "Kiss me Jordan, my lips are like a baby's". SEXY. Lots of kisses for you xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Im so jealous of you this is such a good pize, but lucky you for winning!!! I love Maybelline mascaras and rarely use anything else, although I haven't ever tried this one out. I'm a lover of the Falsies, how does it compare to that would you say? (If you've used the falsies of course).
    Congrats on the win girl!
