Spring Clean

Once I’d heard about the 3 for 2 offer at Boots, I was straight down there with my friend in tale. It was overwhelmingly busy and at points I had to nestle past women with baskets stacked HIGH with products and their boyfriends looking anything but happy to be there. I bought Bourjois Ultra GlamBaby Lips Cherry and Ted baker nail varnish (similar). The intelligent thing to do would have been to make a list of products to buy, as opposed to wandering round helplessly… i’ll learn for next time. Debenhams was next on the agenda and I purchased: Clinique anti-blemish solution 3-step system and stay-matte oil-free makeup. Not forgetting a free goodie bag! Keep your eyes peeled, all will be making their way onto my blog shortly!

We rounded the day off with a fab lunch at Acanteen – a cute independent cafe with an urban feel. Think wooden benches and chairs, low lamps, wallpaper with fancy text and daily organic sourced ingredients for their delicious meals and shakes. I opted for the chicken and chorizo wrap with homemade coleslaw and a cranberry smoothie, and my friend a full english with a chocolate brownie shake – what a combo!

Hope you guys had a fab weekend!

Quite glad I missed the 3 for 2 offer at Boots as I can't handle that place when it's too busy. My nails aren't sharp enough to claw my way through the onslaught!
I'm loving the packaging of the Ted Baker nail polishes, it's really cute.

You look gorg as per, and your friend legit has to loveliest skin ever! Super jel of the food – I'm in the library at the mo writing an essay and I can't think of anything nicer than a juicy wrap. Jel hun! Loving your blog as per, but you already know I'm your number one stalker hahaha! Does Baby Lips live up to the hype? I've been tempted a few times to grab a few of them, but I'm not sure if they're just an internet craze or not. xxx

Fellow stalker over here too! Hahah. I bought it purely because I didn't wanna miss it lol, I have the cherry flavour and it's a nice alternative to other plain balms. It will never replace my vaseline/nivea lip balm though! As nice as it is, I'm not really sure why there's such a hype around them… xxx
